Membership Meeting The General Membership
meeting happens once a month and is a time when members discuss
suggestions for improving the Center, discuss upcoming activities
and air concerns. |

| Client Forum Topics of interest to consumers and mental health community, such
as housing, employment, medications, nutrition and others. |

| Art, Crochet, and Jewelry Have some fun drawing, painting, and coloring. You can also learn to crochet and make beaded jewelry. |

| Poetry Group Poetry reading by some of Interlink's poets
as well as by established poets. |

| Peer Counseling Training Intensive class that meets two days a week, for two hours each day. It teaches the use of active listening and problem solving skills to counsel and assist people in finding their own solutions. Peer counseling teaches us how to empower others and help them help themselves. |

| Resource Group This group is for sharing resources for housing, meals, disability benefits, medical care, or other needs. If you have experience in the system and like to help others, or if you need help hooking up with services, or filling out forms this group is for you. |

| Relapse Prevention Learning to recognize triggers and develop specific tools to use to overcome them, so as to keep symptoms from becoming overwhelming. |

| Cognitive Skills The goal of this group is to help you take a look at your thinking, feelings and behaviors that know longer work for you. If you want to grow and change this class is for you. |

| Anxiety and Stress Management We will learn to work on ways to cope with anxiety and stress, using guided imagery, deep breathing, physical relaxation techniques, and exercise. |

| Living Clean and Sober A group where members can learn new ways to socialize and spend time together without using drugs or alcohol. |

| Goals Group In this class the members have the opportunity to choose and set goals in an area they want to focus on. We have a holistic approach and cover all important dimensions of life. |
